What does a typical day look like for you?
On a typical day, I spend my time answering staff queries, handling escalations both internally and from our clients, and closing support tickets. I also spend time upskilling staff within the team.

What are three words you’d use to describe onPlatinum?
Never (a) dull moment!

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy leading the team from the front.

What would people never guess you do in your role?
Everything! Closing support tickets at 1am.

How does your department collaborate with others in the business?
With the service team being the core of the business, where clients live, we interact the most with all other departments. We work with sales, corporate services, and provisioning as the client moves throughout the business needing different areas of expertise.

What has been your favourite project to work on at onPlatinum?
A recent data centre migration.

What is something you learned in the last week?
Uber eats is dangerous!

What music do you listen to?
Everything but country.

What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
You’re going to make it.
