Technical Services Officer
Level 1 & 2
- Provide onsite and remote Level 1 & 2 technical support
- Undertake setup, installation, and onboarding tasks for new and existing projects for customers as assigned.
- Complete documentation of solutions, environments, and processes for new and existing clients.
- Utilise the systems available for effective delivery of projects including CW Manage, Automate, Control, ITGlue, Keepass, Lionguard.
Technical Services Officer
Level 1 & 2 (Provisioning and Support)
- Provide onsite and remote Level 1/2 technical support
- Level 2 to provide escalation assistance to Level 1 Technical Service Team.
- Undertake setup, installation, and onboarding tasks for new and existing projects for customers as assigned.
- Complete documentation of solutions, environments, and processes for new and existing clients.
- Utilise the systems available for effective delivery of projects including CW Manage, Automate, Control, ITGlue, Keepass, Lionguard.
